Damage and Issues
Indeed, inspect your order upon receiving such and contact Boss
Body as soon as possible(within 7 days of delivery) if the order is
defective, damaged, or incorrect, therefore we can assess the the

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not make any exchanges as all merchandise is
final sale.

Lost Packages

Boss Body will issue a refund for your order if the package was lost.
Please contact bossbodyshit@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. If such is approved, you will automatically be
refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it may take a few days for both your bank or credit card company to process and
post the refund.

US: Expect your package within 10 business days, as I do my best to
shop within 3-5 days of purchase. You will receive an email with
tracking information.

Outside of US: International packages are shipped USPS Priority,
insured and trackable. (Shipping rates may be slightly higher,
depending on location)
